Refund Policy

Purchased online through AJG Jeweller website:

I want to ensure that you love the jewellery you have brought, and If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of the invoice date.  You may return the item for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Method of return payment:
The refund will be a credit to the card that you used to purchase the item.

Purchased from a stockist:
When purchased from any retail store that stocks my line, please contact them first. If you need a slight modification (e.g. a longer chain or a ring sizing) please send me an email with your request. There may be an extra charge depending on the type of modification, but I will do the utmost to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. I want you to love your piece for years to come!

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation included. I am are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back, nor am I liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us. Therefore, for your protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of your purchase.
