Processing Time

All jewellery is handcrafted in my Squamish studio.

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days

  • Out-of-stock styles: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces: Timelines vary depending on the project and will be confirmed when your order is placed


How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and current Canada Post rates. The amounts listed below are the approximate rates customers can expect. Final rates shown at checkout may vary slightly depending on destination and current postal costs.


Approximate Shipping Rates

  • Vancouver and Sea-to-Sky: Approximately $19 CAD

  • Rest of British Columbia: Approximately $26 CAD

  • United States: Approximately $35 CAD

    U.S. Duties:
    Orders shipped to the United States may be charged import duties by U.S. Customs. Most sterling silver jewellery enters at approximately 2.5 percent, and most gold jewellery at approximately 5.5 percent. These fees are collected by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Amanda Green Jewellery is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

  • International: Approximately $48 CAD

    International Duties and Taxes:
    Customs duties, VAT, or tariffs may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times provided by Canada Post:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or peak mailing periods.


Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an item is shipped, Canada Post is responsible for delivery. If your parcel appears lost or delayed, I can assist in opening an investigation with Canada Post. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by postal services or customs.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional postage to resend.
