Online Purchases
I want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 10 days of your invoice date. Items may be returned for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee.
Purchases from Stockists
If you purchased through one of my retail partners, please contact the store directly regarding returns or exchanges. If you need a small modification (such as a chain length adjustment or ring sizing), please email me with your request. Additional charges may apply, but I will always do my best to ensure your piece is perfect for you.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I am not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit, so I recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Due to their unique, made-to-order nature, custom and bespoke commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
