The Bespoke Process - From Idea to Heirloom

I specialize in handcrafting heirloom-quality jewelry using traditional goldsmith techniques, thoughtfully combined with modern tools such as CAD design and 3D printing where appropriate. This balance of time-honored craftsmanship and contemporary technology allows for precision, flexibility, and carefully considered design.
Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation. We’ll meet either in person or virtually for a one-to-one consultation, where we’ll explore your vision, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and sources of inspiration. You’re welcome to bring visual references, select a style from my Custom Gallery or current collections, or share ideas that resonate with you.
Where helpful, CAD design and 3D printing may be used during the design stage to refine proportions and details before the piece is handcrafted at the bench using traditional techniques.
If you’re repurposing heirloom jewelry, please bring it along. I often transform sentimental pieces into contemporary designs that honour their history while creating something deeply personal and wearable.

Heirloom Redesign
Redesigning heirloom jewelry is a meaningful and collaborative process. Metals are refined to ensure purity, and gemstones are carefully assessed and repurposed into new designs. The result is a piece that carries its original story forward in a fresh and considered form.
Modifications to Existing Styles
You may also choose to begin with a piece from my collections and request modifications, such as alternative alloys, finishes, or the addition of stones. Minor modifications do not require a consultation fee. Simply message me with your request, and I’ll respond within one working day.
